Colon & Digestive Health Specialists (CDHS) was founded in 2003 to provide effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. CHDS is a division of Arizona Gastrointestinal Associates (AGA). Dr Ramzan, President of AGA and his fellow physicians are committed to providing quality expert care to their patients in the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology.

We specialize in a full range of GI diseases and conditions along with our ongoing commitment to the prevention and treatment of colon cancer. As part of our comprehensive services we offer our outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, Arizona Digestive Center (ADC) and take great pride in our CLIA certified anatomic pathology laboratory.

In our commitment to the prevention of colon cancer we offer our patients a "Single Visit Colonoscopy". We know that a Screening Colonoscopy Saves Lives. With the option of a Single Visit Colonoscopy patients and referring physicians may call our office to schedule their procedure and for most patients, no prior consultation is required with our physician. Our office will call patients with instructions to prepare for their procedure.

We have implemented a premiere integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system which allows us to increase work efficiency, report Quality Measures, incorporate national guidelines and best practices to provide the highest standards of medicine. Our achievements for Quality Measures are well above the national average. We take pride in our professional and well-trained medical staff in the ongoing management of your care.
